REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If for any reason you have a change of heart about your purchase, we are more than happy to offer a refund (minus the shipping cost). Please contact us within 14 days of receipt via email (info@yemisiandco.com) or by completing the 'Contact Us' form and this can be arranged. Items can only be returned if they are in their original condition i.e. unused and undamaged. This is also applicable to exchanges.

We do our very best to package our items in an eco-friendly yet durable manner however, if your item arrives damaged please contact us via email (info@yemisiandco.com) or by completing the 'Contact Us' form. Be sure to inspect all purchases within 24 hours of receipt for any defects or damages.
